810 7th Street, N.W., Washington, DC
Just one block from the Verizon Center, 810 Seventh Street is located in the heart of the Gallery Place District. The development has over 250,000 square feet of office space, 20,000 square feet of retail and 80,000 square feet of below grade parking. 810 Seventh Street is a turn-key Class "A" office building with a dramatic "through block" concourse lobby constructed of granite, marble and mahogany finishes.
