This dynamic project includes both new construction and adaptive reuse for a mixed-use project. Phase I involves the restoration of the corner buildings and Phase II is a new glass high-rise, with Class A office over ground floor retail. Combined, the project will be approximately 160,000 square feet. The development seeks to revive a deteriorating corner on the bustling intersection of 7th and H Streets, NW, immediately adjacent to the Chinatown arch. The project has been approved by Washington DC's Historic Preservation Review Board.
