The Kenwood Building

Mutual of New York (MONY) relied on DRI to reposition several real estate assets. One of the first was The Kenwood Building located at 5272 River Road, an older, multi-tenanted office building. DRI's scope of work included both interior and exterior renovations requiring extensive negotiations with zoning, code review and public space representatives for Montgomery County. DRI teamed with MONY and the architect to provide cost effective renovation solutions and managed the construction of the base building improvements and tenant fitouts. In addition, DRI hired leasing brokers and provided consultation for marketing and leasing strategies. Upon project completion, MONY completed the disposition of the asset and vastly exceeded their investment objectives.
