Located only three blocks from the Courthouse Metro Station in Arlington, Virginia, this 70,000 sf mixed-use headquarters building for The National Science Teachers Association (NSTA) is designed for LEED® certification. This six story building with a curved glass front façade includes over 10,000 feet of first floor retail space as well as a sixth floor conference center to be used by NSTA as well as the community. The building is designed to be a showcase and a teaching tool for science teachers across the country and will monitor and broadcast energy use from variety of points around the building.
